Our Schedule

Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m. Faye Kellerman

Faye Kellerman, America’s first lady of crime is coming to Studio City Branch Library this summer, as part of our ongoing Distinguished Speakers Series program. She will be coming to the library as part of her book tour, on Wednesday, August 13 at 7pm.
We are thrilled that Mrs. Kellerman will talk about her best selling, multi award winning Peter Decker/Rina Lazarus mysteries. With over twenty million books in print in dozens of different languages all over the world, she is a highly sought after speaker and…she’s coming to us!
Mrs. Kellerman will also be holding a Question and Answer session with our patrons about her remarkable career. She will have copies of her new hardback book Mercedes Coffin and the new paperback release of The Burnt House available for purchase and signing.
She is excited to be visiting Studio City Public Library, because, she said, “As a person who grew up in Sherman Oaks, I can certainly appreciate the valley libraries. I spent my entire youth doing research papers and using card catalogues.”
This is a free event but because we are expecting a huge crowd, we recommend you come early as parking and seating will be limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
